High quality, thick, soft fabric. Excellent elastic drawstring closure. I've bought one for nearly every Harveys bag I own. You really can't beat these, especially at this price!

Does exactly what it's supposed to do, protect my purses from dust and dirt while I'm not actively using them and have it stored away in my closet or other storage place. At only $5.00 it's great and inexpensive protection for my beloved seatbelt bags.
